Orders may be placed on our website with a credit card. Personal and company checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are also accepted. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check. Your order will be shipped after payment is received and has cleared the bank. All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground and will be delivered with in 5-7 days. Shipping Damage
Every effort is made to pack your goods to prevent damage during shipping; however if damage does occur, you must notify RSTC Enterprises with in five days of receipt of package. We will file a claim with FedEx, and upon credit form FedEx, we will issue credit to you. FedEx reserves the right to inspect packaging. If your package arrives visibly damaged please note damage at time of delivery. Any orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced amount. FedEx imposes a $10 address correction fee that RSTC Enterprises will bill you for if an incorrect address is given at time of order.
Product Warranty
RSTC Enterprise, Incorporated warrants for one year to the original retail owner, the Commdeck is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship with only the limitations or exclusions set below.
